Demetrius L. Bledsoe – General Manager and Vice President
Demetrius is a seasoned veteran in the music and marketing industry with over 15 years of experience. Demetrius has a M.B.A and M.S. in Quality Management. Demetrius’ experienced has ranged from managing artist and producers to business marketing development for various Grammy winning production teams. Beyond the creative side of the business, Demetrius has developed the business and interpersonal skills necessary to lead Basement Beats Records. He maintains close personal relationships with many executives and personnel within the music industry. These affiliations and contacts will provide the company with the proper positioning to navigate within the industry. Demetrius has worked with various Fortune 500 companies like Dow Chemicals, Pfizer and Dupont on various sales and marketing projects. He is a graduate of Iowa State University and Webster University, and has a wealth of entertainment and general business experience. Demetrius provides the essential business acumen to direct the company in daily finance, accounting and resource management functions. Jayson is one the backbone producers of Basement Beats, LLC. Because of his success
as a multi-platinum and Grammy award winning producer, he has founded alongside with his business partners the new entity known as Basement Beats Records. Since 2003, he has been a self-trained musician and producer, with his first hit being Shake Ya Tail Feather. That was the beginning of his music producing career. He is influenced by classic rock, classic hip hop, and the culture of pop music. Stan D. Wright – Consultant As a former record label owner, Stan has a wealth of knowledge in label operations,
marketing and consumer psychology which has proven invaluable in the success of his ventures. Stan Also owns a sucessful event & entertainment logistics company called "Doing it Wright". Where he services executives and athlethes in the NFL with logistical work for their business and foundations. Stan has worked in the corporate arena with several Fortune 500 companies for the last 17 years clients ranging from: Mckesson, AcDelco, HP, Compaq, Wamu, Bank of America, Business Objects, Auto Desk, Mercury, MTV, GM, Ford, Lexus, and many more. Waiel Yanghnam – Vice President, Productions Waiel is one the backbone producers of Basement Beats, LLC. Because of his success as a multi-platinum producer, he has founded alongside with his business partners the new entity known as Basement Beats Records. He is a self-trained musician and producer and has been studying music since early childhood. He is influenced by his dad who owned a business, and his uncle who was a world re-known musician in the Middle East. |
